These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between BP77 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://bp77.buzz ("the Website"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or participating in any game, sporting event, or promotional offer, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement should be read together with BP77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework applicable to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Website and close your account.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on the BP77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. BP77 strictly enforces a 21-year minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports-betting services.
• You are participating as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative, agent, or affiliate of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, nor have you been identified under any self-exclusion programme.
• You have not had a previous BP77 account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable policy.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the applicable legal position in your country or region.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule that governs your personal or financial circumstances.

Each Player is permitted to hold one registered Account on the BP77 Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your Account's lifetime. Any material change — such as a change of primary payment method, phone number, or address — should be updated promptly by contacting BP77 support via live chat.

Your Account login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. BP77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices.
• Notify BP77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

BP77 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of payment channels including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice due to technical, regulatory, or operational reasons.

All deposits are subject to a minimum and maximum transaction value as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. BP77 reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time.

• Deposits are processed and credited as promptly as technically feasible. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited within minutes, while FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. BP77 does not accept third-party deposits.
• BP77 applies standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all deposit activity and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed automatically; contact support immediately if an incorrect amount is deposited.

Withdrawal requests are processed by BP77 once the Player's Account has satisfied all applicable conditions, including but not limited to: completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any active wagering requirements, compliance with withdrawal limits, and the absence of any active security review on the Account.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. BP77 reserves the right to apply alternative payment methods where the original channel is unavailable. All withdrawal recipients must be accounts or instruments held in the Player's own name.

• Withdrawal requests submitted for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to prevailing conditions.
• Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes of approval.
• All speed estimates are indicative and non-binding. Delays may occur during maintenance windows, peak periods, or as a result of security reviews.
• BP77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations.
• Pending withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

BP77 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as stated per offer) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings becomes available.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements may vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may contribute a lower or zero percentage — refer to the specific promotion terms for clarification.
• BP77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or use of automated betting patterns.
• Players may be limited to one active welcome bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• All bonus awards and cashback calculations are determined by BP77's internal systems; a Player's own calculations do not override the system record.

All games and betting markets on the BP77 Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant market page. Players are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a stake.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. BP77 does not influence game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• Sports betting odds and market availability are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding.
• BP77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where the odds were materially erroneous due to a technical or human error, or where the event was settled incorrectly by the data provider.
• Live football and EPL match bets, Liga Super Malaysia markets, UFC event bets, and all other sports markets are subject to official event results as determined by the relevant governing body.
• Any technical malfunction that causes an incomplete game round to be registered may result in that round being declared void. Stakes will be returned to the Player's Balance where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BP77 Platform and will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account or enabling another person to use an Account in your name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems, or any other mechanism to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform other than through legitimate manual gameplay.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches, or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings arising from an error that BP77 was not reasonably aware of at the time are not guaranteed and may be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or manipulation of live game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for transferring funds that have been derived from unlawful conduct.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BP77 support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any BP77 system, account, or server infrastructure.

BP77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of this Agreement, fraud, misuse of the Platform, or conduct that BP77 reasonably considers to be detrimental to the integrity of its services.

Where an Account is suspended or closed as a result of a confirmed breach of this Agreement, BP77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including any Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom, pending investigation and resolution.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting BP77 support via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided no breach of this Agreement is identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BP77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from any service interruption, technical fault, or maintenance window.
• Direct or indirect loss resulting from a Player's failure to comply with this Agreement, applicable game rules, or responsible gambling guidelines.
• Loss of data, account access, or funds arising from a Player's own failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

BP77's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data obtained through your use of the BP77 Platform is governed by the BP77 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

BP77 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the delivery of the Platform's services. BP77 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third-party commercial entities.
